2018: Laverne krause gallery, thesis piece for the robert d. clark honors college
A week long performance piece engaging in concepts of production, labor, and the physical accumulation of repeated gesture.
April 9th - April 14th I will make paper balloons for the entire duration of the gallery's opening.
For each day, a ream of 500 sheets of paper will be set. I will continue folding until the time or paper runs out.
For every balloon a receipt is made, noting the day and number in alphanumeric code.
I will not eat, drink, use the restroom or rest during production.
I will not invite conversation, and speak only when spoken to.
An honors thesis piece for consideration of the Robert D. Clark Honors College, consisting of both a creative and written component.
